Cheddar Cabbage Casserole
The flavour was quite nice but I don't know that I would make it again, it was a bit 'sloppy' for our liking. It's good to try new ideas though. Thanks for sharing.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
I was looking forward to making this recipe but sadly I was a bit disappointed. I found the meat to be quite dry. I think I will try it again sometime but next time I will use the slow cooker, that way the meat should come out more moist. Overall, rather disappointing I'm sorry.

Lamb Shank Braised in White Wine with Rosemary
Simply gorgeous, they just dissolved in your mouth. I served them with roast potatoes and vegies. I poured some of the juices over the vegies at the end. Compliments all around from everyone. I was enjoying them so much I didn't want my plate to become empty. I will most definitely be cooking them again and I made no changes to the recipe.
