Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Delicious! (with the modifications - 2 cans of Golden Mushroom, Lipton Onion Mix (I used a full mix, but 1/2 probably would've have been better), add'l sour cream, garlic, fresh mushrooms). Definitely will make again! Just might reduce the cream cheese for more sour cream.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts

We enjoyed this recipe very much! The only change I made was using walnuts instead of pecans because I had them on hand. Delicious on a cold night!
