Loved this breakfast! I actually used about 3/4 of a loaf of Berlin Bakery (R) Righeous Raisin bread because it's spelt bread and I'm allergic to wheat. It was still absolutely amazing! Another small change I did was instead of cubing the cream cheese, I sort of sliced it in order to make it layer the whole dish. Last change was that I used whipping cream instead of half and half. I would recommend this recipe highly to anyone. It's delicious!
