Rolled Buttercream Fondant
This is the second time I have tried this fondant. Im not really sure what Im doing wrong. I have learned a bit more about fondant then I had known the first time I attempted it and still I got a big ole flop! The first time it was too greasy and literally slid off the cake and this time it was too heavy and cracked. I ended up tossing it and making the marshmallow fondant I am used to. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Anyway, it seems to work great for some people so I still gave it a couple stars. It tastes good as well. Maybe I will try it again some day.

Marshmallow Fondant
WOW!!!!! EASY!!!! I tried the buttercream fondant recipe the other day and it just didn't come out right. I know why but I wanted to try this recipe rather then practice again with the other fondant. I LOVED IT!! It was so easy and it tastes so much better!!! I didn't have mini marshmallows so I used the large ones and as long as you keep adding powdered sugar till the sticky is gone it works. I don't have a mixer so my hands got really tired but it came out so perfect! My cake was beautiful and it tasted wonderful!! Which says a lot about a recipe if you have never used fondant nor had any previous experience with decorating a cake!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
Aside from me misreading the directions (isn't sauce a topping??) and the funny way it looked. This crust turned out pretty good!! My husband and I like thin crispy crust and this turned out thin and crispy. I mixed the batter exactly as directed. Sprayed a baking sheet with cooking spray, added the batter and then put sauce, mushrooms, onion, bacon pieces, and chopped up meatballs (had left over sauce and meatballs from spaghetti night) Put a light layer of cheese over the top and cooked for 20 min. Once it was done I added more cheese which melted on its own. WORKED GREAT!! Except, I must have made it too thin cause the edges were a little burnt. Still good!
