Sesame Beef

Very good - I followed the recipe, but with a couple additions. I used sesame oil to add flavor, and added snow peas, asparagus and mushrooms. Served with Jasmine Rice, will make again!!

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Excellent! I have made these several times as written, and like to change up seasonings occasionally. Much healthier than regular french fries, and tastier too!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Very good. I used a much cheaper cut of pork (butt roast), and used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce. My family loved it, it was a simple, easy meal.

Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Very easy, my 4 year old loved it. I thought it was very bland, it definitely needs more flavor. Doused mine with tabasco and it was tolerable. May try again.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This recipe really doesn't need another great review, but I'm doing it anyway. This was the most juicy chicken I've ever made, it was perfectly seasoned and yummy. The only thing I didn't like was the long cook time, I made this on the weekend and ended up stuck at home for 5 hours while it was in the oven. Other than that, delish!!!

Restaurant-Style Chicken Scampi

I love Olive Garden Chicken Scampi, but this tastes nothing like it. Scampi sauce is not alfredo sauce, this is all wrong. I made this again, but made my own scampi sauce which is butter, onions, chablis wine, heavy cream and seasonings, and it tasted identical to restaurant-style scampi.

Taco Dip I

This is a great dip that my family has made since I was a little girl. We do ours a little differently though - we use cottage cheese instead of sour cream, add 1/4 c. taco sauce to the cream cheese mixture, and pour the rest of the bottle of sauce on top of the mixture. We don't use lettuce, green peppers or olives, but we add green onions, green chilies and jalapenos. Delish!!

Roquefort Pear Salad

This is my favorite salad, so, so good!!! I prefer using gorgonzola, I prefer the taste over Roquefort. Even my little girl likes this!

Playgroup Granola Bars

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

This was really good, but I made a few changes to use what I had available. I used fresh basil rather than parsley, grilled chicken breast rather than sausage, and I sauteed some cherry tomatoes to add a fresher taste. Used penne rigati to soak up the sauce, and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese. This will stay in my rotation!!

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

This is quite possibly the best tomato soup I've ever had! I used roasted red peppers from a jar (Trader Joe's), but didn't change anything else. So, so good with a gooey grilled cheese sandwich, total perfection!

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

I'm known for my Sausage & Peppers recipe, which is made with merlot. But this was awesome!!! I made mine in the crockpot, and served over angel hair. Very, very good!!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

These turned out really good, my family loved them. I made three batches of the marinade, separated the veggies from the chicken and marinated for almost 24 hours. I basted the kabobs on the grill with the third batch of marinade, which made them super yummy. This is a new family favorite!
