I'm a small business owner, I'm married with a 7 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I have very little free time, but when I do you can find me in the kitchen. I love trying new recipes and searching for new signature dishes.
My favorite things to cook
My kids and I could both live off of pasta. Anything Italian, but we also enjoy grilling and Mexican. I'm always in search of tasty, quick casseroles, or crockpot meals. I'm trying to cook more healthy as well.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Growing up, my mother did all the cooking. She was and still is, an excellent cook. I didn't take an interest in cooking until in my late 20's, but now it's a big part of my life. I love cooking for family functions or gatherings, there is nothing better than enjoying delicious food with your family and friends!
My cooking triumphs
I consider it a triumph each time my family likes what I make!
My cooking tragedies
Fish - I love seafood, but I'm terrified of cooking it. I can't bake from scratch, and I can't make pancakes to save my life.
