Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

this was awesome. I cooked it in a pampered chef deep dish baker with the lid on and lowered the temp to 400. Longer cook time, but it is worth it. I did about an hour.

good. I made it with shredded chicken and added dry ranch dressing mix to the sour cream before adding it to the other ingredients. I also took the above advice and cut the recipe in half. I would definitely make this again. Nice to have a change from traditional Spaghetti and sauce.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Yum. I made them with very thin chops and they tasted dry. I would recommend using thicker ones.

Blueberry Oat Muffins

very good. will definitely make again. I used 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 unsweetened applesause thanks to a comment from another reviewer. I also use white whole wheat flour (King Arthur) in place of the other all-purpose.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

good. I made it on the stove. It still turned out pretty good, but the top of the pudding formed a skin. This might be my fault since I've never have tried to make home made pudding before. I will definitely try to make it again! Good recipe. Thanks!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

awesome! I made some substitutions to make them a little healthier. I did half oil (canola) and half applesauce. I also did half whole wheat and half white whole wheat. I only used 1 cup of chocolate chips instead of two. I only used the white of the egg also. Definitely will make again.

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins

amazing! I made these for a picky toddler so I didn't add the raisins or nuts and he kept asking for more. I might add oats next time to make them healthier.
