Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
This is almost identical to my grandma's cucumber salad!! Only difference is, I peeled the cucumbers first, used a little less sugar and used fresh dill.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
So good! I took some advice and coated the meat in the flour and seasonings - browned them first and then added them to the pot. I poured the remaining mixture in the pot (made the gravy a little thicker). I put 3 cups of beef broth. I also added 1 beef bullion cube at the start and one about 30 minutes before it was done. I doubled/tripled the veggies as well. AMAZING!

Sexy Shrimp Scampi
I didn't feel like the sauce would be enough so I added some more olive oil, some dijon mustard, white wine and parsley. Its was AMAZING!
