My family and guests really enjoyed this recipe. I am a "new" cook and don't enjoy being stranded in the kitchen while company is around, but I found this fairly simple to make. It's definitely not a "fix it and forget it" dish, but the compliments I received were worth the time in the kitchen.

Green Beans with Bacon Dressing

Make sure you really like vinegar before you make this! My Easter guests and I found this recipe acceptable, but too heavy on the vinegar. (Even my sister, who likes vinegar, found it a bit overpowering.) The bacon was a delicious touch. I doubt I'll make it again, but it was worth trying once.
