Easy Punch

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
This punch is DELICIOUS! There wasn't a drop left and everyone asked for the recipe. I will make this again! I did use cherry kool-aid instead of strawberry and I halved the recipe. Super yummy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
These are very good cookies! I followed the advice of others and used 1/2 butter and 1/2 crisco, I also omitted the cocoa powder. Next time I make these, I will also use only half of the chocolate and peanut chips, way too sweet for my taste. I baked these in my oven for 9-10 minutes and they were perfect. This recipe is a keeper!

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2010
I give this one 5 stars, plus some. This is an excellent recipe, very moist. I did make a couple of changes though based on other reviews. I used a springform pan and decreased the flour to 1 1/2 cups. I also used 2 tsp. of vanilla and folded in blueberries to all the batter. Then I spread half of the batter in the pan and topped it with the struesel mix, and spread the remaining batter on top then more struesel mix. This was sooo delicious, especially warm right out of the oven.

This was alot easier than I expected it to be and it turned out pretty well. I followed the directions exactly and it was quite delicious. Much better than any restaurant lasagna. Thanks so much for the great recipe!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
This is the best (I mean the best) coffee cake I have ever tasted! It was so easy to make, I did double up on the topping and baked it in a bundt pan for hour. I will definately make this again, this is a keeper. This cake is way better than Starbucks coffee cake. Save your money and make this instead!

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
These are fabulous cookies! I will be using this recipe again. They are very moist and have a delicate peanut butter flavor. Very easy to make, I did make a few adjustments per other reviews I read. I used butter instead of shortening, 1 cup of brown sugar and 1/3 cup of white sugar, also used a full cup of peanut butter. I used a cookie scoop and made criss cross with a fork dipped in white sugar and baked at 350 for 9 1/2 minutes. This recipe made 3 dozen cookies. With these changes, the cookies are superb!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
These are very delicious! I made a couple of changes though, the cookie mix was very dry so I had to add 1 tbsp of milk. I also added 2 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice(for a little extra pizzaz), and increased the raisins by 1/2 cup, and reduced the temp to 350 degrees. All in all, these are great and I would make them again.
