Made this for dinner and it was wonderful! My fiancée who is very picky about any type of Asian food said this was great and asked me to make it again. This would be great to add anything you like to it. It is a wonderful base, but also good as is. Be sure to be careful how much sauce you put on top of the rice as you will not need to use all of it.

Southwestern Turkey Soup

Made as written this is only spicy tomato soup with a bit of chicken in it. Has some potential, but there are plenty of other soups that provide a a better base.

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

This was very good. Can easily add more ingredients if you wish. I serve over rice and it makes a really filling dinner.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This is a really good base recipe. I only give it four stars because instead of cream cheese it really needs to be made with sour cream. I add pretty much anything extra I have to this dish and that makes it wonderful. Try mushrooms, shrimp, onion, etc.

Very good. I omit the walnuts just because I don't like them, but this is a wonderful recipe. Make sure you have something to drink! They make you thirsty.

Very good cookies. Were easy to cute out and decorate. Only reason I don't give five stars is because there wasn't anything special about them. Very good and easy cookies to make.

Halloween Popcorn Pumpkins

These were good, but WAY too sweet! Even my boyfriend who has a major sweet tooth had trouble finishing his. I could only eat about half of mine. Next time I make it I'm going to use less marshmallows, and find some other way to cut down the sweet factor.

This is great! I make this at least once a week for dinner. I make some rice and broccoli to go with it and it makes a great dinner that's only 500 calories total.

Gyoza

These were great. I love gyoza and I usually buy them premade, but being a home cook I wanted to try making them my self. I loved how easy it was, and the tasted amazing! They were much better than the store bought gyoza (and cheaper too. I used a little less onion because the boyfriend doesn't like them too much, but everything else I did exactly. I was also pleasantly surprised at how many the recipe makes. I only used a 6oz pack of wrappers and it made 25 gyoza :)

Cucumber Soup II

Ick... The flavor was okay at best and the texture was just awful. I unfortunately made a full sized batch and will now have to find some way to eat it all. I can't stand throwing out that much buttermilk and cottage cheese.
