Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

The best cookies I ever made. They are soft, moist, and chewy. I followed the recipes exactly, but used all butter and no shortening, and they were fantastic. I will definitely make these cookies again.

Special Buttercream Frosting

Great consistency, and taste. It also looks good. I frosted a chocolate cake with this and it held up the whole day with no problems. It didn't harden or lose its fluffiness. I would recommend this frosting if you like butter cream. I think I might also use this recipe to frost my sugar cookies.

Chicken Enchiladas II

I was really disappointed in this recipe. I thought for a recipe with such a high rating it would be fantastic. It tastes nothing like a Enchiladas, and has absolutely no flavor. I even tried all the suggestions that others left, and still I was very unhappy. DO NOT MAKE THIS.

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

These are amazing. I have never been good at cookies, and these are full proof you can't mess them up. The dough is very easy to handle unlike other sugar cookie doughs. You can bake them right away, and I even make my own date stuffing to put in the center of the cookie. I also rolled them in a cinnamon, sugar coating on the outside, they were fantastic. My husband who never asks for anything twice, is always requesting these. YOU MUST TRY IT......

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw

Super duper this is the best coleslaw in the world. Very easy to make, and it is healthier then regular coleslaw. It has a very light fresh, and hearty taste to it. Goes great with BBQ. All my friends request this at my BBQ's.

Simple Texas Salsa

Green Bean and Potato Casserole

Blah, it had no flavor, no anything for that matter. No one would touch it and it went out in the garbage, I even tried everyone suggestions to spice it up a bit, but still nothing. I am a fan of green beans so that is why I tried it, but I will stick to the original green bean casserole, because that is the best.
