Grilled Fish Steaks

I am still learning to like fish and I have to say this was incredible. If you like scampi you will love this!

This is a keeper...I will be making this again. I left out the almonds and raisins and the chicken soup base, because I did not have any on hand. I added garlic and onion powder to the turkey when I cooked it. The whole family loved it!

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

This recipe is FANTASTIC!!!! I follow the recipe exactly. I have made it several times and I can not get enough! I take the same marinade recipe and exchange the olive oil for butter and warm it up and use as a dipping sauce.

Chicken Thigh and Dumpling Stew

This recipe is "Really Good". It was a huge it with my family and I will be putting it in my favorite recipe box. Easy to prepare and outstanding flavors! This is a keeper
