Penne Pasta with Cannellini Beans and Escarole
Such a yummy recipe!! I, like many of the others, also sautéed some garlic in olive oil. And instead of using canned tomatoes, i cut up some tomatoes, tossed them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and then roasted them in the oven. the tomatoes had such a delicious flavor and tossed with everything else, came our great!!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
sooo yummy!! i made these for the first time last Christmas and followed the recipes almost exactly as directed, except I took the advice of a few other reviewers and added a little bit of cream cheese and i omitted the bacon. These turned our great and everyone loved them. There was none left!!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
absolutely love this recipe!! i do omit the onions and celery, as per other comments. i use 3 cloves of minced garlic instead of garlic powder. i also use two packets of the brown gravy mix, and add 1 cup of beef broth. i cook red potatoes tossed with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary right in the dish with the tenderloin. my hubby said this is a keeper and a dish to serve when we have company!!
