the only thing i added was 2tsp instant espresso poweder because i really like the way it brings out the chocolate. i bake these all the time as brownie bites in lightly oil sprayed mini muffin/cupcake trays. SOOOOO GOOD AND EASY!!!!! IT MAKES 84 MINI'S

Gelato

recipe is great just how it is! i used whole milk for the creamy fat content along with the cream. i added mini chocolate chips to mine right before the mix was totally frozen.

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
best chocolate cake ever! i have made a few changes to make it my own. 1cup buttermilk(or 1 c. milk plus 1tbs. lemon juice) 1cup coffee(made with boiling water/instant espresso powder) omit the oil! use 1cup soft butter!!!!!!!!! trust me! these changes have created a cake that is sooooo moist and flavorful! the leftovers(if any!) keep so well!

Sticky Buns

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2011
My rating is for the topping only! I always use the recipe "super soft gooey cinnamon rolls" for the roll part! I also add 2Tbs of honey to the topping mix.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I made this for Christmas Brunch and it was a HUGE hit! I used 1cup heavy cream and 1cup half n half not milk. I also took advise and only used 1 block of cream cheese and cut it up into much smaller chunks. *I baked mine in a 9X13 foil pan and it took about 25mins longer to bake. I served mine with warm maple syrup not the blueberry topping. This one is a keeper for sure!
