Panang Curry with Chicken
i used red curry paste(same thing as panang paste)
lime zest not leaves and regular fresh baisil
i also didnt add red chili peppers....i had hot chilli oil on hand and used a few drops.
i like sliced red and green bell peppers, asian baby corns, and sliced carrots to mine.
THIS TASTED BETTER THAN THE THAI RESTAURANTS!!!!
