Angel Chicken Pasta
Wow! This was a huge hit! I thought I made more than enough for leftovers for lunch the next day, but there are barely two servings left! We are not huge fans of mushrooms, so we used cream of chicken soup, and I didn't have any white wine, so I used 1/4 cup of red wine and 1/4 cup of water. I tasted it before and after I added the wine/water mix, and it did make a difference. I used regular cream cheese and added my own dehydrated chives. I used gigantic frozen chicken breasts, and threw it all in a 9x13 baking dish and it still only took 1 hour to cook!
Thanks for the great recipe! My family has asked that this become a staple dish for dinner! I would love to try the crock pot version that another reviewer suggested, what an easy way to cook it!
