Indian Spiced Chex(R) Mix
wow, I wanted something different than the same old worcestershire sauce chex mix and this was definately it! I kicked up the cayenne a tad, because we like it that way and it was fantastic. Slightly sweet with a hint of heat mmm mm good

Neapolitan Cookies I
I have been making these cookies for years as part of my Christmas gift tins. In the chocolate dough I add a tsp instant coffee - makes the chocolate more pronounced, in the white dough I add poppy seeds and in the red dough i add chopped maraschino cherries (1/4 cup no juice)

Easter Meat Pie
Wow, my family has been making this for generations, but I never met anyone else who knew about it. The principle is simple three meats and three cheeses. If your low on funds use bacon pepperoni and ham - always boiled ham never glazed of any kind. If you can afford it used proscuitto, capacola and caprise...we always make it in aloaf, like a calzone a stuffed bread and we add parsley, like a cup of fresh not a teaspoon of dry. Its good Friday and I am off to the market for ingredients. Happy cooking,
