Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I added about a cup and a half of semi sweet chocolate chips. No icing needed...but these are amazing with Cool Whip!

Mexican Rice II
Excellent! I used one clove minced garlic in place of garlic salt. Perfect side dish to a spicy mexican dinner! I think the other reviews are confusing mexican and spanish rice-two totally different tastes.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
