Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
This biscotti was so crumbly for some reason. I followed the recipe exactly and the only ingredient I left out was the almond extract. I made this batch to give away as christmas presents. I dipped my finished biscotti in milk chocolate and then in holiday nonpareils. I had to discard 1/3 of the batch because they broke. The dough was very sticky, so you need to wet your hands when spreading the dough out into logs. I don't think I'll be using this biscotti recipe again, others have worked out much better for me.
