Beefy Rice Salad Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2006
This was great served cold on a spinach topped toasted whole wheat bagel bread. I doubled the rice and avocado, and just used a roasted red pepper and parmesan vinegarette. I added the tomato to the salad. Delightful! Thanks!

Crab and Noodle Cakes with Cilantro-Lime Mayonnaise

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2005
I wanted to make this so badly, but didn't have exactly the right ingredients. Used canned crab (gasp) and ditalini noodles, lite sour cream instead of mayo. It was fast and delicious!!! I could eat this everyday. Thanks for a super adaptable recipe. Keep em comin!

Exotic Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2005
I am giving this a 5 with a different dressing, I don't know if I am just bad at making dressing or I just didn't care for this one. That being said, I used a balsamic vinegarette, and it was FABULOUS! Hearts of palm, first time tried, LOVE THEM! Great Job!

Brazilian Black Bean Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2005
WOW! I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about adding mangos to stew, but they were such a treat. This is probably the most flavorful stew I have ever had. Thanks!

White Bean and Artichoke Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2005
I skipped the olives and mint and didn't miss them a bit. The flavor is way better the next day, so try to make in advance. I filled a lo-carb pita with this mixture for the perfect lunch.

Spicy Mexican Torte

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2005
This was fabulous! I only layered one tortilla at a time since they were lo carb and very filling, used two different cheeses, cheddar and hot pepper, and loads of roasted red peppers. This is a new favorite! Thank you so much!

What a way to start the new year! Great for even the pickiest eaters. Substituted pork chops for the roast, crushed tomatoes for the juice, no problems. Thanks!

Pineapple Rhubarb Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2005
I really liked this, it was quick and easy to prepare. I love rhubarb, and bought it and the pineapple frozen. It was my first experience with tapioca, and I was pleasantly suprised with the results. Keep 'em coming Chef Dunask!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2005
Great pizza! Next time I will use a thicker crust, I used a real thin crust and lots of chicken, so it was really messy. Didn't use the whole bottle of dressing either. Anyway, the taste was fabulous, and it was gone immediatley! Thanks!

This makes a fabulous appetizer! I used a crescent dough (no pizza crust) and cut them into small squares. Wonderful, sweet taste-loved the mixture of cheese, nuts, and onions!

Shrimp and Garlic

This recipe turned out delicious! Although my husband didn't like it as well, said the peppers were overpowering. I loved it, and liked it even better the next day in a pita. Will definately make again, and again and again....

Key West Penne

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2005
This has got to be my all time favorite recipe. I have made this so many times since I discovered it here. The only thing I do differently is to use sundried tomato pesto instead of sundried tomatoes. It just blends better. Fabulous recipe! Kudos to the creator!
