Pretty god, but a bit too salty, tastes like curry (which Nick doesn't like), and needs some brightness/sharpness- lemon juice?

I didn't have the patience to hand slice all the brussel sprouts called for, so the dressing overpowered the sprouts. But definitely worth another try, delicious dressing! Use sparingly though!

Lentil Crock-pot Bolognese Sauce

Great complex flavor, and makes a lot so I can freeze a few jars. Maybe try adding some hot pepper flakes and oregano, and add something for brightness at the end (red wine vinegar, lemon juice?)Makes a good pasta sauce and pizza topping.

Very good. Added grated ginger. Served over brown rice. Next time double the sauce so there's more to coat the rice. Cooked the broccoli by steaming for 4 minutes- next time cook only 3 minutes.

Great recipe, definitely make again. Use less balsamic vinegar (maybe half) as it overpowered the other flavors. With brown short grain rice, it took about an hour or a little longer to bake. Served with carrot salad over fresh baby lettuce.
