Quick Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
I love this sooo much! I did embellish a bit the second time I made this. I added alittle chicken broth, a bit of double cream ( or whipping cream) and I sauted some cut up white mushroon in butter. I served it sauted French beans and garlic, Parsnip smashed gold potatoes. Fabulous meal better that a resturant!!!!!! When I have time I will submit the entire meal as I did it.

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
This is good. If you really want to jazz it up buy yourself a bottle of "Herbs de Provence". It is made up of all the herbs the French grow and use. It has rosemary, thyme, summer savory, lavender, marjoram, basil, sage and oregano mixed together in one jar. It is much cheaper to buy it already made up than to make it your self. You can find a million used for herbs de provence. It is killer on lamb with lots of garlic!

Mini Salmon Loaf

This is the same recipe my sister makes. She makes a sharp cheddar cheese sauce that has peas in it, and top the salmon with it. Delicious!!!

I asked my vet about the garlic. It is such small amount it will not hurt your dog. Plus fleas hate garlic!

Ginger Snap Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
I haven't made these yet. I like the idea of cayanne pepper! Has anyone had the gingersnap cookies from "Clarke's Bakery" in London? The best in the world! Searching for the recipe. I know they use baking powder instead of soda! They are a bit hot and spicy.

This is very good. Even better with fresh chopped basil added to it!
