Quick Chicken Marsala
I love this sooo much! I did embellish a bit the second time I made this. I added alittle chicken broth, a bit of double cream ( or whipping cream) and I sauted some cut up white mushroon in butter. I served it sauted French beans and garlic, Parsnip smashed gold potatoes. Fabulous meal better that a resturant!!!!!! When I have time I will submit the entire meal as I did it.

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken
This is good. If you really want to jazz it up buy yourself a bottle of "Herbs de Provence". It is made up of all the herbs the French grow and use. It has rosemary, thyme, summer savory, lavender, marjoram, basil, sage and oregano mixed together in one jar. It is much cheaper to buy it already made up than to make it your self. You can find a million used for herbs de provence. It is killer on lamb with lots of garlic!

Dog Biscuits I
I asked my vet about the garlic. It is such small amount it will not hurt your dog. Plus fleas hate garlic!
