I love cooking for my 3 boys, family and friends. It makes me happy! I like to cook casseroles, soups and assorted breads. (Teenage boys can't get enough carbs!) My family loves it when I make a wonderful assortment of tail - gaiting food. So Fun! I love it when my college baby-boys send me advance menu requests for their weekends at home! That is triumph for me. OMG! - so many - but the one that my boys love to talk about: I was a new cook attempting to make homemade chicken pot pie. It took me forever, but we were in the home stretch. Everyone was starving, outside playing basketball, waiting for the food. I took it out of the oven and accidently dropped on the floor! What to do? Everyone is starving, waiting - so, yes, I covertly scooped it up and served it (5 second rule right?) So wrong, so wrong! Anyway, they busted me and went to McDonalds. I have made it since then, but no one will let me forget it! ingrates! :)
