Mandarin Almond Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2013
This was absolutely delicious! I used a spring mix/spinach combo, ditched the onion and added a few craisins and feta cheese. It looked beautiful and the taste was out of this world. Thank you!

Fuzzy's Chipotle Flank Steak

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2012
I've made this many times and my whole family loves it. I do redue chiptles to just one can, and that's perfectly spicy. We slice it thin and make burritos out of it.

Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
My oh my oh my oh my! These were delicious and will be served to my family with many meals to come. Made exactly as written with the exception of squooshing the potatoes. Instead, after 20 minutes in the boiling water, I let them cool a little and quartered them. Absolutely delicious! Thank you!

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2008
Spectacular dish! I'm a little tired of chicken right now, (unless it's fried) so I tried this with chunks of pork tenderloin. Oh my! Melt-in-your mouth. I followed all of the recommendations of kajewski. I also used fresh pineapple instead of canned (heavenly), also skewered red and orange bell peppers, Vidalia onions, and I doubled the marinade mixture so I would have plenty to work with when adding the cornstarch. I marinaded my meat and vegetables in seperate containers. I served this over Asian Coconut Rice, submitted by silvrezs, added Sunkist Honey Roasted Almond Accents (a salad topper) per reviews. I had a little marinade/cornstarch mixture left over, so I drizzled that over everything. Rave reviews from my family and our dinner guest. I will make this again. Go ahead, try this with pork tenderloin. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for sharing dailyn2003!

Grilled Greek-Style Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
This was very, very good! I used 1/4 Vidalia onion and two cloves of garlic, minced. This was easy to make, took very little prep time and tasted delicious! I will be coming back to this one again and again. Thank you, Betty Washburn for this submission.

Gyroll

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
This recipe has prompted my first review. These were positively scrumptious!!! I am a very picky eater, and I absolutely loved this recipe! It's 5:30 the morning after, and I'm going to heat one up for breakfast. Can't wait! I HATE onions, but I used a Vidalia, finely chopped (minced, actually)and it gave the meat a nice flavor. I used 1/2 lamb and 1/2 ground beef, but next time it will be all lamb. Delicious! Changes: I used two Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough, extra feta cheese, cut salt to 1 tsp. and parsley to 1/2 c , omitted black olives and zucchini. These only need to bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Don't forget the Yia Yia's Tzatzizi sauce from this site. I served with Grilled Greek-Style Zucchini from this site also. A truly fantastic meal!
