Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

The coating was a bit dry, but overall not bad. I also used extra spices (dill, garlic powder) in the coating.

Warm Black Bean Dip

I just made this and I cannot believe how delicious it is... I was a little skeptical of the simple ingredients involved, but the sun-dried tomatoes really make the whole thing unbelievable. I love it!

Asparagus Guacamole

I love this... I also took the advice of the other comments and added about 2 oz. of fat-free cream cheese and about 1/3 of an avocado, and it came out amazing. I will definitely be making it again!
