Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2014
absolutely delicious.I cooked the quinoa in chicken broth and added a teaspoon of sugar to the dressing (what can I say...I like it sweet). Thanks for the recipe Alison!

German Rouladen

Really delicious...I included a fresh garden carrot in the roll on one of the occasions I made this dish. I have also made it several times by the recipe as well. In the summertime this works great on the BBQ as well- just make sure to add a lot of broth in the pan to keep it moist. great recipe Ron!

Stuffed Beets

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2013
Soooo good!!! I substituted Canadian cheddar cheese for the Gruyere and sprinkled the Parm on top before baking. These do take a while when you include the time to boil the beets (took about 40 minutes to boil them-maybe I used bigger beets than Brent?), but well worth it!

Thirty Minute Meal

As is, this recipe is a bit bland. To kick up the flavor, I skipped the water but added 1 cup of beef broth and a couple squirts of ketchup...then served over rice...yummy

Irish Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2013
This was good, but needed a bit more flavor. I added a cup of shredded cabbage(cooked with the onion and celery), and a clove of garlic-minced. Also, I used chicken broth instead of water. I agree with some of the other reviews that a whole pound of bacon is too much. Thanks firewife42 for the recipe!

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2013
Good, really easy. I added a bit less flour because it seemed kind of thick. Also, I let the batter sit in the fridge for 30min before using.
