Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
Super awesome. I used reduced fat chicken soup and reduced fat cheese, added garlic to the enchilada sauce and the chicken mixture. I also use a rotisserie chicken, didn't cut or alter the other amounts, though. Couldn't have been better!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2009
Great recipe. I double the sauce and use one can of cream of chicken with the cream of mushroom, and add dashes of paprika to the sauce and seasoning. I serve over brown rice.

Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
I made this for a bunch of friends, and they all loved it. One even said, "if I was going to have an IV of food going in my mouth, I would want it to be this food." The only changes I made were to add more seasonings-I added a bunch of minced garlic, garlic salt, and Emeril's Original Essence.

Chicken and Dumplings III

My husband and I love this one. I usually end up omitting the celery. Also, I swap out the celery SEED for celery SALT. Delicioso!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2008
Delicious, everyone in the office gobbled them up. I baked them for 9 or 10 minutes, instead of 8. The idea to freeze the peanut butter cups first is genius, I wish I had read that. Still, had no problem with the original recipe.

Chocolate Ganache

Reviewed: May 19, 2008
This recipe was great, very easy and delicious, got many compliments. I used a splash of Chambord instead of the dark rum, turned out lovely.
