Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken and Rice Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
I made this for a mexican lunch party at work. It was really good. I cooked it on high for 4 1/2 hours. It was not spicey or anything. I'm not a spicey fan. It was not too mushy either, but I used extra long grain rice.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
My boyfriend loved this and he doesn't normally like meatloaf. It was good..but the onion soup mix was a lil crunchy. I might have got the wrong kind.

These brownies are amazing. I could eat all of them, and I'm a small person. I will definitely double the recipe next time. =)

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2008
I love this dessert! I can actually make it my dorm room if I want to, and I added it in a presentation I had to give for my computer class(I chose to make a slideshow of desserts you can make in the dorm room).

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
This recipe was delicious. I don't know if I boiled the brown sugar syrup too long or not long enough because after it baked it looked like regular brown sugar..not very syrupy..lol. But it was still good.

White Chocolate Party Mix

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
I love this stuff. It's fun to make in the dorm too. I just melt the chocolate in the microwave, and mix everything in.

Kellogg's® Rice Krispies Treats® Original

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
This is probably the first thing I ever made by myself. I even did a presentation on how to make them for a school project as a kid. I made them in the microwave of course, which I don't think alters them at all.

Amish Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 26, 2008
I really liked this recipe, and so did the rest of my family. If I ever make it again, however, I will use less vinegar and not add the bacon on top.

Whiz Sausage Balls

Reviewed: May 23, 2008
I got this recipe from a woman my mom works with. It looked super easy, so I decided to make it for a Super Bowl Party I had. Everyone loved them, and they were gone in a flash. Oh! I also made them in my dorm's kitchen!

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Reviewed: May 23, 2008
I made this recipe last semester in the dorm's kitchen. They were fast to make and not a big mess, so perfect for college. They were also delicious. My two roommates had them gobbled up in no time. Unfortunatly I had to deal with the ingredients that I could find at the convenient store near campus, which only had yellow cake mix, eggs, and butter. I also frosted the cookies with vanilla icing.

No Bake Cookies V

Reviewed: May 23, 2008
No Bake Cookies have been a family favorite in my house for years. I believe every woman on my mom's side can and loves to make them. We only use about 2 cups of oats, however, and 3 tbsp of cocoa. We get kind of impatient waiting for them to harden, so we generally set the saucepan in cold water, while we stir in the peanut butter, vanilla, and oats until the mixture starts to feel stiff.
