Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
This was fantastic. Only change was I broiled my 1 1/2 fillet for 10 minutes 4-5 inches from heat. Made it a little more crispy than baking would have. Fresh rosemary and a lemon, not bottled juice,is key. I like pepper so I added fresh cracked black on top. Thanks so much

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
Wonderful. The only thing I changed was I used 3 center cut loin chops (bone-in). The were so moist and tender. I grilled them on med-high 7 minutes on each side. I also made another batch of marinade w/cornstarch and water and heated on stove for dipping sauce. It really didn't need it but it was delish. My husband "was" not a fan of chops but he is now. We all grew up with shake n bake and that left some untasty, greasy chop memories. Thanks so much.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
Too bad 10 stars is not an option. This is AMAZING. I alternated milk and sugar and it was creamy from start to finish. I just poured in milk from container w/o measuring and I would have to say it is more than 3 tbsp. More like 5 or 6. I am serving tonight for my daughters bday on choc cucakes with a half a peanut butter cup on top!! (if i can stop eating the frosting!!!) Deeeelish. Thanks so much for sharing.

AMAZING JUST AS IS!!! This was delish. only additions were extra green onions and black sliced olives on top prior to baking. this was enough for 5 enchiladas (used 2 cups cooked ckn) but plenty for 6 people as it is extremely filling. Spanish rice (zatarains) on the side.....my fav dinner. thanks so much

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies VI

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2009
WOW these turned out better than I expected. Me and my 1 year old were bored (lol) and we had all the ingredients on hand so I thought we would try it. Actually, I didn't have baking soda so I used baking powder and just doubled what it called for. I did add a pinch of salt as others suggested. They were so homemade tasting. Moist and so tasty. Thanks...BTW this was his first oatmeal cookie and he agreed this is a keeper..

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
This is a great recipe. I do not like oregano in soup so I used tarragon. It gives it authentic chicken soup flavor.

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
These were great. The only change I made was I sprayed my pan and shrooms with PAM. I still added white wine (mine was lemon flavored) and used mozzerella b/c it's what I had on hand. These were so wonderful. I really overstuffed them and added more crab than recipe called for. Thanks so much:-)

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
This was fabulous. I was leary as well when reading it. I marinated in grill master garlic peppercorn for 12 hours. Also, I let the meat sit out 20 minutes prior to cooking. A good knife and oven are key. For those who said it was raw might need to have your oven calibrated. It was medium on the ends and med-rare in the middle. Perfection. Thanks so much.

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2008
Excellent recipe. Wonderful flavor. The only change I made was placing metal skewers through the meat to avoid curling. I also wrapped them in tinfoil to secure in the juices. I did have to cook my smaller tails for 16 minutes. I have made this 3 times in 1 month. I purchased (2) 7 oz. tails and had plenty of marinade left over which I used on my grilled tuna.... Thanks for sharing...

I was so happy I made this. The only thing I changed was doubled the whipping cream and added garllc with the butter. It was hands down the best chicken ever. So savory. My husband said it was better than dining out. I have to say I am on the expert level of cooking and I was very impressed. Thanks so much..

Deep South Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
This was great. I made modifications with seasonings but that is a personal preference. Still worthy of 5 stars. I didn't have an iron skillet but used frying pan and made lid with tin foil. You don't want to cover completely as it will soak up all the oil. I also let sit in milk for 1 hour. Awesome. Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe.

This was much better than another recipe on here. I wanted more of a "scone" type texture and not cakey but it was very good with 1 cup of raisins. Thank you

Basic Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2013
This was very good-added dill weed too. My opinion, you can not use thighs for ckn salad. They are too greasy, even without skin. The mayo will not adhere to ckn.
