Avocado Pie
It tastes like a creamy lime pie. Yummo! I didn't tell the kids it had avocado until after they ate it.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
Delicious! I sauteed some chopped onion with the garlic for more flavor. I used it on top of regular spaghetti noodles since that was all I had, and used extra cheese to thicken the sauce. I also used the fat-free 1/2 n 1/2....my family loved it!
