Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
i've never made cranberry sauce before and this was super easy and turned out really good! the only orange juice i had at home had pineapple juice in it as well, but the sauce turned out wonderfully! i almost think it's a little to sweet so next time i'll cut back the sugar just a tad and see how that works. great recipe!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
I used only one can of cream of chicken and one can of chicken broth and about 1/2 cup of water. I had more of a gravy sauce rather than soup. I made a smaller batch as well and didn't really measure anything out. But I did use all of the ingredients except the pease, I felt that the carrots, celery and potatoes were plenty. Also, I don't have poultry seasoning so I just used fresh rosemary from my garden, thyme and salt and pepper and it was awesome. My husband said it was the best thing I've ever made!

Banana Cake V

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
very good and very moist cake. i didn't measure the bananas exactly since i just mashed 3 and put them in. i think it was a little more than the recipe calls for. other than that i followed the recipe word for word. my husband said it's the best banana cake/bread i've made to date.

Brown Sugar Chops

These are good but even better when you add onion, garlic and a bit of cayenne for some heat. This is also a good recipe for chicken!

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
I love this recipe. I used it the first time I made quinoa and my husband and I loved it. I also made it to take to a dinner party with friends and it was a big hit. I added diced red pepper both times and used only one can of beans as well and it was wonderful!
