This cake was not what I was looking for.. The top melted into the cake even though I used half brown sugar...I did put a bit more milk then it called for due to the other reviews saying it being to dry. It was very sweet a little to sweet..I will continue looking for another recipe.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Strawberry Muffins

This were not as good as I hoped. It was really a waste of strawberries..Its an ok base but you really have to jazz it up.

Tofu Parmigiana

It was a great basic, I twicked a bit. Using my own marina sauce..I put my own veggie meat inside. I did take the advice on baking the tofu instead of frying. Other then that It was a great hit! I usually freeze the tofu before I cook it works a lot better then just cooking it straight.
