Fantastic! Everyone loves this fudge! It is so creamy and delicious and chocolaty. No one will ever guess that you made it in the microwave in 5 minutes!

Butternut Squash Fries

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
VERY tasty! I dipped them in sour cream, which complemented the sweet flavor of the squash nicely. This is a really fun concept, and I think that I will try it with other types of squash too. Thanks for a great recipe! :)

Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
AMAZING! I felt like I couldn't get it into my mouth fast enough! I used the other half of the squash to make fries, and served those together with grilled cheese. The BEST lunch I've had in a long time!

Creamy Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
VERY VERY GOOD! Didn't really taste creamy to me, but delicious. The only difference in the way I made it is that I used whole wheat flour, because that is all I ever use. I also used fresh blueberries, as the recipe states. Overall, an absolutely delicious pie. I will definitely make this again.

Whole Wheat Cut Out Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
Absolutely Delicious! I made these exactly as the recipe says. They are super easy and super good! Just the right amount of sweetness in my opinion. Easy to roll out, and easy to cut. Also good topped with Strawberry Preserves. My picky 2-year old loves them too. Thanks for a great healthy cookie recipe! :)

Cran-Orange Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
These are fabulous! Moist and delicious. I used regular vanilla yogurt instead of plain. (The leftover yogurt is easier for me to eat.) I think that this added another delicious dimension to it. I also used fresh squeezed orange juice and Post Bran Flakes. LOVE THEM! Will definitely make them again. Thanks so much for a great recipe!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
I totally messed up this recipe, and it was still delicious. I made it in more of a casserole form, since I had already cut apart the chicken breasts. It was wonderful, and very simple to make. Next time, I think I will roll up the chicken breasts the right way, and it will be even better!

Chicken and Portobello Rollups

This was really tasty! I made it without the asparagus. Served it over white rice. Husband liked it.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
I served this with a dollop of sour cream on top. I also used half sweet potatoes and half Russet potatoes. It was very good, very easy to make, and inexpensive. I think I will probably make it again. I think that you could also add some different kinds of root vegetables to make it more nutritious, and it would probably still taste good. Yummy comfort food. :)

Turos Csusza (Pasta with Cottage Cheese)

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This didn't taste as good as I thought it would. It just didn't seem to work. I've never had Hungarian food before. Guess maybe I'm not a fan? Simple to make, though.

The Best Lemon Bars

Absolutely Fantastic! I followed the suggestions of another reviewer to add more lemon juice and some zest. (I used 3 smallish sized lemons and the zest of one of them.) Super easy and quick to make and totally DELICIOUS!!!
