Best Cream of Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2009
Made it today. It is the best potato soup I ever had. I used prepared mustard---just a small squirt, and used heavy cream I wanted to use up thinned with water. I also used celery salt instead of celery seed. I added fresh corn cut from the cob.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2008
This was delicious. The kids loved it. I intended to grill, then it was storming, so I put the whole thing(marinade and all) in a 9 x 13 and baked it at 425 for 30 mins. The chicken was moist and delicious, the marinade was excellent on rice. Next time I will use less of the olive oil, because the sauce was plenty oily after cooking the chicken right in it.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: May 30, 2008
The sauce was good, the fish cooked nicely, still my family didn't like it, and I really didn't either. Sorry.

Best Burger Ever

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
My boyfriend and I have to drive to a rural bar in Minnesota once a month for the best burgers ever. That is no longer the case. These are moist, have a total beefy flavor, and they are tender. The only change I made, was to add 1 teaspoon chili powder instead of the hot sauce. Awesome.

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
I made this last night. I browned the chops before following the recipe. They were tender, moist, and excellent. How easy can cooking get?!
