Hurricane I
Being a Brit I had only heard of this lethal weapon in that song. Then I encountered it last summer whilst on a cruise. I spent the rest of the day asleep. It is wonderful, but should carry a government health warning. This recipe is pretty much identical to the one I experienced.... Thank you for sharing.

Sky High Yorkshire Pudding
Amazing! I've never had success with Yorkies before. Mine are usually stodgy and dull. These were crisp and beautifully risen. I did add salt to enhance the taste. Thanks for teaching an old dog a new trick.

Clone of a Cinnabon
These are wonderful. The real secret here is to leave the dough mixture to rise overnight, then roll out and add the cinnamon filling, shape and store in the fridge. Take out at night and leave again then bake them for breakfast. Long, slow rising is always the key to perfect breadmaking.
