Broiled Tilapia Parmesan w/ rice & peas
About this Cook
I am a newlywed new to Colorado Springs. I love to bake, cook, and garden at the moment.
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook chicken, in anyway I can. I am not partial to red meat so chicken and fish are the next best thing!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom always cooked really well, I wish I had her skills!
My cooking triumphs
I cooked Thanksgiving dinner last year for my whole family!!! BY MYSELF!!! It was all very good & I got alot of compliments.
My cooking tragedies
The thanksgiving before last, it was just me & my very new hubby & I ruined the whole meal. SOOO embarrassed!!! I almost cried. :(

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Awesome EASY recipe!! My husband usually turns his nose up to fish, but with this recipe he ate 3 pieces!!! By the way, the fish was SUPER tender and flaky - not anywhere near the texture of tilapia I've cooked before. I would recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a quick and cost-effective way of preparing fish, especially for picky eaters!! :)
