I like to cook chicken, in anyway I can. I am not partial to red meat so chicken and fish are the next best thing!

My cooking triumphs
I cooked Thanksgiving dinner last year for my whole family!!! BY MYSELF!!! It was all very good & I got alot of compliments.
My cooking tragedies
The thanksgiving before last, it was just me & my very new hubby & I ruined the whole meal. SOOO embarrassed!!! I almost cried. :(
