Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Absolutely divine! I halved the recipe and still had enough to make leftovers. Will freeze extra pancakes and serve as needed to kids. YUMMY!!! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Good basic recipe! Family loved it. The changes I made were using 2 bananas, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c white sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Great recipe! Served it with sour cream, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese to top off hoagies ... yum! Even my picky 10 yr old said he'd eat this again! Great dish for the summer time ... no need to heat the whole house for dinner!
