New Brunswick Lobster Casserole

Just put down my plate to quickly write a review - this is unbelievable!!! We had extra lobster meat & my husband was leary I was putting it into a casserole but he is already on his third serving - thank you!! The mushrooms I had were a little close to their end so I sauteed them in butter/garlic & a splash of red wine before adding to the mix. Great recipe - will add this to my go-to section :)

A Jerky Chicken

This recipe was really unique and my husband who orders anything "jerk" was a fan! I used hot chili oil instead of sesame and I think just a green pepper for the habanero. Yum, yum :)

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This recipe definately deserves to be on the top 20 list, it was unbelievable. I made this for a get-well gift and kept a loaf for myself...did not change a thing and it was amazing, thank you for sharing this with us!

Christmas Breakfast Casserole

Great recipe all around :) I think the key is to whip the wet ingredients with the whisk attachment on a kitchen aid until they are frothy, no sogginess and it puffs up nicely. Also, I used a good quality organic white bread & farm fresh eggs. Next time, I will add sausage & sage to give it a more savory taste. As it was , it was great the first day with maple syrup drizzled over. Even better the next day warmed up with a side of ketchup :) Thanks!

Coleslaw Dressing

Great dressing! Added 1 crushed clove of garlic, 1 extra tsp sugar and some celery seeds - could barely stop eating the cole slaw to chill it :)

French Toast Bake

Fantastic recipe, thank you! I made this for family that was visiting & everyone loved it. It wasn't soggy at all but I used a big loaf of italian bread, cut it thick & then flipped each piece before cooking to soak up remaining egg mixture. Thanks again!

Olive-Cucumber Finger Sandwiches

Great recipe! Only changes I made were I used sourdough cocktail bread and celery salt instead of onion salt- they were a hit at a Mojito party! Also, the cocktail bread held up well after I made these the morning of the party.
