Egg Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2014
Excellent, I followed the recipe, except that I added a bit more salt, some black pepper and French Thyme to the noodles. I made this in my Cuisinart mixer with the dough hook. Wonderfully easy to roll out, a nice tender dough, not too sticky. I used the noodles in homemade chicken noodle soup. The family loved it!

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
These were good but it doesn't need as much butter as the recipe calls for and I suggest using a lean pork tenderloin chop.

I am so embarrased to say "Wow, this is really good". It never would have occured to me to grill a PB&J but I can't wait to make this for my family.

Bourbon Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2006
Very easy and tasted good. I made a few changes. I used fresh onion and garlic and 1/8 cup of bourbon and only marinated it for a couple of hours and I served it with rice. My husband loved it and the kids ate it too.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2002
This was the banana bread recipe I was searching for! This bread was very heavy and moist with a wonderful smell and taste. I added cinnamon and vanilla for extra flavor. I doubled the recipe and the bread was just as good the second day. Thank you for this recipe.

Frosty Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2001
This was a good recipe. I made a graham cracker crust and put it in a 9 by 13 in. cake pan and I doubled the filling. I also used cinnamon ice cream instead of vanilla. A very easy no-bake recipe that left room in my oven for the holiday turkey.

I made these cookies for a cookout and they were a huge hit! Very good. I even liked them and I'm not usually a fan of sweets.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2001
I found the cookies to be very sweet but without much flavor. My husband liked them though, and they stayed soft. So I might make them again but not too soon.
