After making this recipe a few times I've tweeked it just a little bit. I make it with 6 oz of gourmet spicy Diana bbq sauce and then 6 oz of the regular so that its not too spicy. I add the other ingredients as listed and i also add a small diced onion and some liquid smoke (it really does make a difference). After about 4 hrs of cooking i shred the chicken and add about 1tbsp of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I serve it over mashed potatoes (made with milk, butter, and diced onions) and chedder cheese on top. It tastes so yummy! Its my favourite recipe on this site. and if you put it all together in a container its tastes just as good the next day!
