Easy, cheap and everyone loves these crackers. I combine the dsg mix, dill, oil, lemon pepper, etc and put it all together with a box of oyster crackers in a gallon sized plastic bag and just gently toss around. You can actually coat the crackers more evenly that way and not have a big bowl to clean. Anyway you make them, they are a hit.

Kielbasa with Pasta

The only reason I made this last night was because I had all the ingredients in the house and didn't know what I wanted to cook. I was incredibly surprised. The flavor of the sauce was wonderful! I had some heavy whipping cream and added about 1/2 of a cup to the sauce at the end of simmering, as suggested by another reviewer. I think the addition of the whipping cream is what pushed it over the top. This recipe is easy and very flavorful. The creamy tomato sauce delicious and it can be made in a jiffy. This one is definitely a good family meal and a 5 star winner. Thanks for sharing, Ann.

Beaumont Ranch Potato Salad

I thinkthis is the BEST Potatoe recipe I have ever tried. It is a real KEEPER and will probably be the only recipe I ever use again. My adult kids loved it. I took a sample into work for a coworker who loves to cook. She loved it. She has made it on two occasions and got rave review. I am headed out to the grocery store in a few minutes and I will pick up my 5lbs of red potatoes so that I can make a 3rd batch for this weekend. Bravo ranch_maven and thank you for sharing this recipe.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

I loved the wonderful flavor the cookie. My only problem was my douch was too soft and sticky and I had a hard time doing the gingerbread men. SO, I just rolled the dough into small balls and pressed them with a fork. I must have not mixed my dough correctly, to little flour?..anyway, something was off but I think it was me. We all loved the taste of the cookie and I will make this one again. I just need to figure out why my dough was so un-rollable (is that even a word?)

Make Ahead Party Mashed Potatoes

Made this one yesterday when my daughter, husband and kids were here. Easy to make and VERY high in fat. It was OK, but I could tell it had been made from boxed potatoes. The family said it was good but nobody had seconds and we had a lot left over. Reheated the leftovers the next night...not so good. I think there are better potatoe casseroles than this one.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

This gets five Stars from me! Easy, quick and delicious. I used Raspberry Vinegar in the recipe and whisked in a little butter as another reviewer suggested. VIOLA ! The sauce is easy, delicious and would also go nicely with chicken.
