Key Lime Cake II

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
I would give this recipe 5 stars, however I did deviate from the recipe. I used just a yellow cake mix and used as much key lime juice as I thought was needed. My husband loved it, so its a keeper. I used icing color to make it green for fun times. Thanks for the inspiration.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I just made this for lunch. It was terrific. I will be making this again and again. I used boneless skinless breasts and covered the pan with foil. It came out so moist.I paired it with quinoa and peas.

I just made this pie, and it was soooo good. Only thing I did differently was add a bit of vanilla to the peaches. I will make this one again.

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
I am giving this 3 stars because it is super runny. I even added 2 more tablespoons more of cornstarch than directed. The taste I will give 4 stars. It is a great taste. I will need to work on it a bit and I am sure it will be perfect.

Cherry Pie IV

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2008
So this was the first cherry pie I have ever made. It was super easy, especially because I cheated and used a frozen pastry sheet. I did however pit the cherries myself with help from my husband. It was D-LISH! My husband loves cherries, and he loves this pie! I am going to make it again later this week I am sure. Thanks!

Spinach Bacon Quiche

Pretty darn good. I cut the milk to a cup as well. I think the crust would have been too soggy otherwise.I omitted the onion, and used Dijon mustard. Some slices of Emmental cheese on the top and yummy! yummy! Thanks for the recipe!

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
I agree this was a great inspirational dish.I marinated the chicken in the lemon juice overnight. Then I cubed the chicken, put a little oil in a pan, with some minced fresh garlic and pepper. Cooked the pasta in the chicken stock (yum) Then just added the cream, broccoli, and some more juice of the lemon.Next time I will add even more broccoli. It was great!! My husband loved it too.Totally making this dish again and again.
