Easy Sausage Strata
Love this recipe. I made it for my son's birthday party so the grown ups would have something nice to eat. Also made a vegetarian version by using 1 box of frozen spinach, thawed and drained and gruyere cheese instead of cheddar. Everyone at the party RAVED! Oh, I doubled the amount of dry mustard to give it a little zip. Really easy and yummy for a party.
