Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Absolutely Delicious! I first made the recipe exactly as described and it was fantastic. The next time I decided to change it up a bit. 1/2 pound ground veal and 1/2 pound ground pork instead of the ground beef. Everything else stayed the same. This truly is a fabulous recipe and on regular rotation in our house. My family actually requests this regularly. What's even better about this recipe is, I now double it all the time. Left over sauce for the week and the left over meatballs are great for meatballl sandwiches. Thanks for the great recipe!

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

I can't begin to tell you how good this is. I have made it for several get togethers (quadrupled the recipe) and let me tell you how many rave reviews I have received. I would not change a thing with the recipe, although I marinated overnight. The flavours are intense. This one is so a keeper!

Fish Fillets Italiano

Very easy. Very tasty. I added the salt, pepper and italian seasoning as others suggested. I served over brown rice. My family really enjoyed this. This one is definitely a keeper and I will make regularly. Thanks for the recipe!

Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches

OMG! This was a great way to make chicken sandwiches. I have been trying to find a good recipe for cooked chicken for a long time. (I make a huge pot of chicken stock regularly and am always stuck on how to use the cooked chicken). I didn't add the cranberries and I'm surprised I even added apples as I normally don't add fruit to these types of dishes but I must say the apple enhanced the flavour. Yummy!

Grandma's Salad Dressing

Excellent dressing! My only complaint would be I wish the recipe didn't call for all that white sugar. Although to be honest, I haven't look at other reviews whether people had suggestions on how to replace it or scale it down. Maybe I'll try that next time but I think that may affect the taste considerably and the dressing just tastes great as is.

Black Bean Salad

This is the best black bean salad recipe I have ever made or even tried. I'm obsessed with avocado's so I added more, four times more than the recipe called for! I used this as a side to accompany another recipe. All of my family members enjoyed this. This was crunchy, refreshing and very tasty. I recommend this to anyone.

Nacho Rice Dip

This was fantastic! My kids are extremely picky eaters and they loved this. This went well with guacamole, salsa and sour cream on the side. This was a truly tasty dish. I will be making this again and again.

Sesame Shrimp

Lobster Pasta

I thought this was simply fantastic. The only thing I did different was chop up the lobster in big bite size chunks so it was mixed in with the pasta. I made this for a family get together so I tripled all the ingredients except for the lobster which I quadrupled and the cinnamon which I only put 1 teaspoon to all that sauce and you could still taste it. The recipe calls for way too much cinnamon, use very little. I have to say this was very different than anything I've made before but it was a huge it.

The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

These stuffed mushrooms are amazing. I have tried to make others from recipes on this site but this one really stands out. The whole package of cream cheese is needed as it makes the filling so creamy. I also increased the green onions to 3 and chopped them finely. I doubled the crab and shrimp which I pulsated in a mini-food processor/chopper first to make it finer. The finishing touch was a ton of freshly grated parmegiano reggiano on top of the mushrooms. I also cooked the mushrooms for a bit longer than what the recipe called for as I wanted the mushrooms to be fully cooked. Then I broiled for a few minutes until the cheesy tops were browned. Mmmmmm, good. This was a huge hit at the last family gathering. Everyone could not get enough.

Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

This recipe is excellent! I make this all the time for dinner parties and everyone loves them. When ever I tell people the scallops are marinated, they're like "is that why they taste so good?". My husband eats these like they're going out of style which is why I have to make a ton!
