Cranberry Orange Cookies
these were really good. i did add the almond extract as someone suggested, and i probably could have added a little more flour as the dough was sticky but once i chilled it it was much easier to work with. i think next time i will try orange extract. i also added half a cup of choc chips instread fof the walnuts, and 1 cup of dried cranberries (did not chop them). I skipped the glaze, and i prob could have reduced the sugar by at least 1/4 cup as these are quite sweet. But they are really tasty :)

Yogurt-Marinated Salmon Fillets (Dahi Machhali Masaledar)
This was great ! Im trying to make fish at least once a week, and I thought I'd try this out...loved it ! My boyfriend was surprised when I told him the marinade was yogurt (fat free !) Only thing I changed was a little extra tumeric (1/2 tsp) and I didnt have any cilantro so I skipped that. Seriously I will be making this often, it was so easy and delicious.
