Summer Salad with Cumin-Crusted Salmon

Sooo good. I didn't have all the ingredients for the salad and dressing, so I just used salad greens with pecans and oil/balsamic vinegar...was still delicious. The hardest part was taking the skin off the salmon - next time I'll ask the market to do it for me.

Ham Broccoli Braid

very easy and fairly quick to make. As other reviewers suggested, I used only 1 Tbsp mustard (used brown mustard since I didn't have dijon) and 1/2 cup sour cream. I didn't have any parsley on hand either, so I just left it out. One can of crescent roll dough made a fairly large braid, especially for two people, so I froze the the leftover mix for later use :) husband gave it a thumbs up!

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Pressed for time, I chose this recipe because it was fast, easy, and called for few ingredients. I was nervous because my husband is usually very picky when it comes to marinades - he hated the last few. But he LOVED this marinade and couldn't believe how simple it was. It's been several days since we ate the pork, but he's still talking about it! The only variance from the recipe was that I cooked my pork in a rotisserie for about 30 minutes.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Christie B's Fabulous Cherry Cookies

Although these cookies were tasty and a great way to use up my cherries, the flavor was less cherry and more sugar. I didn't completely grind the cherries, just pounded them a bit and then let them drain as other reviewers suggested. The chunks of cherries were delicious. Next time I will try to keep the cherries more intact for bursts of cherry flavor. Despite the lack of cherry flavor, they were soft and delicious. I actually think they're tastier the second day instead of straight from the oven!

Ukrainian Sandwiches

So good and easy! My husband I just recently moved to Ukraine and found this recipe as I was looking for Ukrainian recipes. I couldn't find cream cheese in the market (kind of hard when you don't speak the language), but used some kind of cheese spread that worked wonderfully. For the meat, i used salami. I also added fresh dill to the spread which added extra flavor. Delicious!

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

The Ukrainians I served it to thought it was delicious. Although the flavor was good, but the vinegar was too strong for me and my husband. Next time I'll try some of the adjustments suggested by other reviewers. Overall, nice & easy salad.

Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken

My husband and I really enjoy this dish. Here in Ukraine, I haven't been able to find parmesan cheese, so I grated fresh Russian cheese instead. It still turned out wonderful. We've also cut the chicken into strips and cooked for less time. The strips are great for kids and over alfredo pasta.
