Fluffy Biscuits

So light and delicate and so yummy!!! I did the all butter version and used a small ice cream scoop as someone suggested and they came out beautifully. No, they were not perfectly round but that didn't affect the taste at all.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I don't cook bacon any other way anymore (unless I only want a few pieces which I then throw in the microwave). I have cooked both thin and thick bacon at the 350 temp and the 400-450 temp. Both work fine as long you watch your bacon - LOL. It's always personal preference how long you leave it in the oven. I always heavily pepper my husband's half and spread brown sugar on my half before I put it in the oven. Mine turns out like candy. I would rather eat this than any candy made. I also put a cooling rack with a sheet of tin foil underneath in the pan. It keeps clean-up to a minimum and my bacon out of the grease.

Cioccolata Calda (Hot Chocolate Italian-Style)

Ohhhhh soooo gooooood! The funny thing is I don't lke hot chocolate, chocolate milk, or pudding. This is to die for. I bought a case of the actual Italian Ciobar mix before I left Europe and I am slowly going through it. Nothing like attending Carneval in Venice in frigid February while sipping on a cup of this. MUST put whipped cream on top.
