This was really really good!!I tweaked it a little bit though, I had no thyme (I no a sin. I don't know how that happened) so I used about a half a teaspoon of dried parsley flakes and a couple pinches of Italian-seasoning. I also found that two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of flour was not enough. after the chicken browned I ended using about a tablespoon more of oil. but overall it was hit!!
